Can't be true…right? Right?

Reddit is just as brain rotting as TikTok.
Overview
This is a 4-panel comedic meme using the classic 'Scroll of Truth' format. Panel 1 shows a green cartoon adventurer in a crystal-filled cave, kneeling by an open treasure chest saying 'I'VE FINALLY FOUND IT... AFTER 15 YEARS'. Panel 2 shows the adventurer excitedly pulling a glowing scroll out of the chest, yelling 'THE SCROLL OF TRUTH!'. Panel 3 reveals the text written on the scroll: 'Reddit is just as brain rotting as TikTok.'. Panel 4 shows the frustrated, angry adventurer throwing the scroll away, yelling 'NYEHHH'. The humor comes from subverting the common belief held by many Reddit users that their platform offers higher-quality, less mindless content than TikTok, with the punchline forcing them to confront that both platforms are similarly filled with time-wasting, low-value content.
Origin notes
The base 4-panel comic is originally created by Robotatertot Comics, as seen from the watermark in the bottom left of the first panel. This edited version, which adds the joke text comparing Reddit and TikTok to the scroll, was reposted on the Reddit r/Meme subreddit via RSS, with the original poster using the title 'Can‘t be true…right? Right?'. It is a widely shared remix of the popular 'Scroll of Truth' meme template that is commonly used to depict people rejecting inconvenient or unflattering truths.
