For this new year, me and my wife wanted to go down and celebrate with colony. Due to reasons unimportant we couldn't. It was 31st December 11.49 pm when me and my wife started arguing in bed (we were whispering angrily as our 3 yr old boy was sleeping beside us). He woke up due to our loud whispers, crawled to me, balled up in my lap and dozed off. My wife came to me, laid her head on my thigh running her hands through our son's hair and that's when the firecrackers started. She looked up with a smile, we kissed and said happy new year to each other and she laid her head back in my lap. I sat there, with a smile. Felt RICH.
